Executive Chairman
Dr. David Chew Khien
Meow
 Dr. David K. M. Chew is the founder and Executive Chairman. He
has played an integral part in the success and development
of Stratech. With more than 21 years experience in the Aerospace/Defence,
Information Technology and Advanced Technology industries, Dr.
David Chew plays a key role in charting out Stratech's strategic
direction and the management of Stratech's financial well-being.
He also won the Rotary-ASME Entrepreneur of the Year 1999 and
under his leadership, Stratech was recognised as one of the
Enterprise 50 list of most enterprising privately-held Singapore
corporations. Dr. David Chew is currently a member of the Board
of Directors, Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, member
of the Singapore ONE Steering Committee and member of the National
University of Singapore, Mechanical Engineering Departmental
Consultative Committee.
Deputy Chairman, Finance & Corporate/Legal Affairs
Mrs Chew-Leong Sook Ching
 Mrs. Chew-Leong Sook Ching is the Deputy Chairman in charge of the Company's Operations, Finance & Corporate/Legal
Affairs divisions. Mrs. Chew-Leong graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from the National University of Singapore and was in private pratice between 1989 and 1995. In 1993, she rose to ranks of Partner in a local law firm, specializing in civil litigation and corporate matters. Mrs. Chew-Leong joined the Company in 1995 to form and head the Legal Affairs Department. In 2000, Mrs. Chew-Leong spearheaded the creation of Strategy 2005 to streamline the Company's structure and operations in support of the Company's achievement of its vision and mission. She is responsible for corporate strategic planning and review, organizational planning, formulation of general Company policies and of other specific policies for the functions she directly manages, including Human Resources & Administration, Finance, Legal Department and Operations.
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Chua Ah Leng
 Mr. Chua Ah Leng joined Stratech as the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Jan 2007.
Mr. Chua, an IT veteran with more than 29 years of experience in the IT industry, of which 22 years were in management positions. His experience spans areas that include services business strategy, business development, systems integration, IT infrastructure, marketing, sales and delivery.
Before joining SSL, Mr. Chua was Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Computer Systems (SCS) where he had contributed to the turn around of SCS and he personally take charge of SCS China Business. Prior to SCS, Mr. Chua was Chief Executive Officer of PrivyLink, an IT security product and services company which has operations in Singapore, China and Hong Kong. Prior to PrivyLink, Mr. Chua was the Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Solutions and Chief Operating Officer of Frontline Technology Corporation.
Mr. Chua was concurrently the Chief Technology Officer and Assistant Chief Executive Officer of National Computer Systems (NCS) from 1996 to 2000 where he was responsible for charting the strategic directions for NCS to deliver its products and services and managed its regional strategy and expansion plans. Prior to NCS, Mr. Chua held various senior positions at the then National Computer Board (NCB), including the posts of Chief Information Officer of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Director of NCB's Government Systems Division.
Chief Technology Strategist and Director of Alliances
Dr. Kennedy Chew Khien Mien
 Dr. Kennedy Chew Khien Mien is the Chief Technology Strategist and Director of Alliances responsible
for innovations and Strategic Alliances. His role is to assist the Executive Chairman in charting and
implementing new businesses and technology directions for the Company, and in the establishment
of key strategic alliances. He is also a leading member of the executive management team that
oversees the technology implementation, technology roadmap, and research and development
activities of the Company. Before joining the Company, Dr. Chew was a member of the Technical
Staff and Chief Architect at the Information Technology Institute, the Research & Development arm of
the National Computer Board of Singapore (currently the Infocomm Development Authority or iDA).
Some of the national projects he was involved in were the Student-Teacher Workbench for the Ministry
of Education and the Integrated Criminal Justice System. Dr. Chew was awarded the NCB
Undergraduate Scholarship to study Computer Science at the University of Toronto and the NCB
postgraduate scholarship to study at the University of Texas (at Austin) where he graduated with a
PhD in Computer Science.
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. John Lim Wee Kiat
 Dr. John Lim Wee Kiat is the Chief Technology Officer to spearhead the technology research for the
Company. Dr. Lim's contributions include the successful implementation of the Online Open COE
Bidding System and enhancing the Company's Intelligent Vision capability. Dr. Lim is a former
Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and Ministry of Defence, Singapore (MINDEF) postgraduate Defense
Technology Training Award scholarship holder. Dr. Lim has more than twenty years of experience in
developing, managing and operating large scale IT and C3I systems. While in MINDEF, he was
responsible for IT Security, Advanced Technology and Enterprise Systems. He holds a PhD in Computer
Science from the University of Essex, UK and specializes in the field of Computer Vision.
